Evan, I wish you were more honest about this incident and let your 3 other roommates have a chance to review me as well! This issue never happened the way you stated . I can also tell you that the apartment was so filthy and messy when I showed it to the new tenants, whom by the way love the apartment and are renewing again for the 2nd year. The owner was adamant not to renew your lease after he found out about your unacceptable and vile behavior towards one of our agents who was uncomfortable showing the other units at the property. I also spoke with one of your roommates who informed me that you were moving to Texas after all. Why this? I don't understand, but my 30 years of professional experience with satisfied clients speaks for itself.
